Cover Supervisor Secondary phase Camden Flexible contract optionsWe are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to join the Secondary Phase of a dynamic and inclusive all-through Academy in Camden. The school is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals who can provide short-term classroom cover, with longer-term opportunities available for those able to commit to extended placements.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged and on task Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviourThe ideal candidates will have previous experience working with young people in a school or community setting and will be confident managing a classroom independently while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
