We're working closely with high-performing and busy school trusts based in the Chesterfield, and we're on the lookout for confident, reliable, and adaptable Secondary Cover Supervisors to join their team from October Half Term.

Start Date: ASAP (Full-Time, Ongoing) Location: Chesterfield Subjects: A variety of subjects across KS3 and KS4 Role Type: Long-term Cover, Full-Time

What does the role involve?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour effectively
• Support students with their learning while following the school's policies
• Adapt quickly to different subject areas and year groups
• Play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning in a dynamic school environment
• Possible TA roles within the schools as well

What are we looking for?

We want to hear from individuals who:

• Have experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity
• Are confident in managing classroom behaviour
• Can follow lesson plans and think on their feet
• Are flexible, proactive, and keen to make a difference
• Hold a degree or relevant qualification (desirable, but not essential)
