Cover Supervisor Location: Lancaster Pay: £90-£110 per day

We are currently working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Kendal, who are seeking a confident and proactive Cover Supervisor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong behaviour management skills who is looking to build experience within an educational setting.

The role will involve supervising whole classes during teacher absence, and may also include 1:1 support with pupils, so flexibility and resilience are essential. There is genuine scope for this position to develop into a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Essential Skills & Experience:

A positive, can-do attitude

Confidence managing classroom behaviour

Ability to engage, enthuse, and motivate students

Willingness to support pupils both in groups and on a 1:1 basis
