Cover Supervisors Needed Northampton & Surrounding Areas

Synergy Education are currently recruiting reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across Northampton and the surrounding areas. We have a range of opportunities available, including day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles.

As an SEND specialist agency, we work closely with schools supporting students with additional needs, so experience or a passion for working within SEND settings is highly desirable.

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment

• Delivering pre-set work and supporting students where required

• Working across a variety of school settings, including SEND provisions

• Experience working with young people (school-based or similar)

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Flexible, reliable, and confident leading a classroom

• An interest in or experience with SEND is a strong advantage
