Simply Education is recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive secondary schools in Staffordshire. We are offering opportunities for daily supply, short‑term cover and long‑term roles depending on your availability.

This role is ideal for those with experience working with young people who feel confident managing a classroom and delivering pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects.

Location & School Information

Secondary schools across Staffordshire
Supportive staff teams and cover managers
A mixture of behavioural and low‑level disruption schools
Ofsted ratings vary across partner schools
Positive school ethos with clear behaviour policies
Mixed KS3-KS4 classes
Roles available due to staff absence, internal progression and increased demand

Start Date & Contract Details

Immediate, April and September starts available
Daily supply, short‑term and long‑term cover
Temp‑to‑perm opportunities for strong candidates
Full‑time and part‑time options considered
Contract lengths vary by school requirements
