Smile Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of well-established and supportive secondary schools in Leicester.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task
- Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Creating a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment
- Gaining valuable experience in different school settings

- Experience working with young people (e.g. education, coaching, youth work)
