We are seeking a resilient and engaging Cover Supervisor to join our specialist Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) school. Your Role & Responsibilities

Classroom Management: Leading lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged. SEMH Support: Implementing trauma-informed approaches to manage challenging behaviours and emotional outbursts. Consistency: Following school policies strictly to provide the stable environment our pupils need. Adaptability: Delivering pre-set work across various subjects to pupils with diverse learning needs. Reporting: Providing feedback on pupil progress and the classroom organisation to the Senior Leadership Team.Candidate Requirements
