Aspire People are partnering with a specialist provision in Bedfordshire that supports young women who are currently unable to access mainstream education due to social, emotional and mental health needs. Many students have experienced significant adversity and benefit from a calm, structured setting where trust is built gradually and progress is personalised. As a Cover Supervisor, you will provide stability and continuity across the school day, delivering pre-set lessons, supporting learning, and helping students feel safe, respected and understood.
