Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across East London. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, day-to-day work in the education sector. Role: Cover Supervisor Location: East London Secondary Schools Type: Day-to-Day Work Salary: £90 - £110Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
Support students with their work and answer any questions they may have.
Maintain a safe and orderly classroom.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people (preferably in an educational setting).
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
