Cover Supervisor Opportunity - Worksop

Academics Education Agency is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Worksop .
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals who are passionate about education and training and confident working with young people in a classroom environment.

As a Cover Supervisor working with Academics in Worksop, you will:

Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following school policies.
Lead and support secondary-aged pupils across KS3 and KS4.
Gain valuable experience within a range of secondary school settings.

To be considered for a Cover Supervisor role with Academics, applicants should ideally have:

Degree-level education (ideally education-related or equivalent).
Experience leading groups of secondary-aged pupils , ideally within an educational setting.
Confidence delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum .
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners.
An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service , or willingness to obtain one.
The legal right to work in the UK .
Flexibility to travel to secondary schools across Worksop and the surrounding area .
