Cover Supervisors play a vital part in supporting schools by: Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment Supporting students across a variety of subjects Building relationships with pupils and staff across the school No formal teaching qualification is required - just confidence, resilience, and a genuine interest in helping young people succeed.
