About the RoleSurecall Education is currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of Primary and Secondary schools in Luton and the wider Bedfordshire area. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise lessons during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and maintain a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans provided by teaching staff
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment
• Ensure students complete the work set for the lesson
• Provide feedback to teachers on lesson progress and student behaviour
• Support schools in maintaining high standards of learning and engagement

What We're Looking For

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Confidence working with children and young people
• Experience working in a school or with young people is desirable but not essential
• A positive, proactive and reliable attitude
• Flexibility to work across different schools
