?? About the Role

We're looking for a Cover Supervisor who can glide between classrooms, guide students through KS3 and KS4 lessons , and keep learning on track- no magic needed (but welcomed).
You won't need to plan lessons-just deliver what's set, keep students focused, and maintain high expectations . Think:
Motivator

Referee

Calm presence

Occasional comedian

Champion of 'Yes, you still need to finish the work'

Confidence in front of a class

A positive attitude (and probably caffeine ?)

Solid behaviour-management skills

The ability to smile, adapt, and pronounce tricky surnames

Supervising KS3 & KS4 students in a range of subjects

Supporting learning (and sometimes retrieving stray glue sticks)

Encouraging success without bribery (well mostly)

Being a daily hero for young people
