Cover Supervisor – Leyland

Justteachers Teaching Agency is seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work within one of our partner Secondary Schools in the Leyland area. This role is to start ASAP and will be on a long‑term, full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities:

Supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task

*

Delivering pre‑prepared work to groups of students across a range of subjects

*

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

*

Supporting students with their learning and promoting a positive classroom environment

You will have:

*

Two education/school‑based references

*

Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills

*

Confidence working with young people in a classroom setting

*

The ability to motivate and engage students

*

Previous school experience is desirable but not essential
