Cover Supervisor – Secondary Setting (L12)

Location: L12, Liverpool

Milk Education Liverpool is seeking confident, proactive, and committed Cover Supervisors to support a high-achieving secondary school in the L12 area. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects
  • Maintain a positive, focused, and productive classroom environment
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Provide clear feedback to teaching staff following lessons
  • Support students in their learning while encouraging independence and engagement


About You

  • Previous UK-based experience working with young people or within an educational setting is essential
  • Confident leading a classroom and engaging secondary-aged pupils
  • Adaptable, calm, and able to use initiative
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Passionate about supporting students’ learning and development
