Do you love the buzz of a busy classroom, enjoy motivating young people, and thrive when every day brings something new?If so, this could be the perfect next step for you!Hays Education is working closely with secondary schools across Blackpool who are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and reliable Cover Supervisors to support their day-to-day staffing needs - with real potential for long-term roles.Your new roleAs a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and ensure learning continues smoothly. Your role will include:

• Managing students aged 11-16
• Delivering pre-planned work (no planning or marking required!)
• Keeping students engaged, focused, and on track
• Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
• This is classroom management at its core - perfect for someone who enjoys leading groups and keeping energy high and positive behaviour.

What you'll need to succeedIf you have experience in any of the following within the last two years, we'd love to meet you:

• Working with groups of young people aged 11-16
• Sports coaching
• Youth work or community leadership
• School-based support roles
