The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning by supervising classes during teacher absence and maintaining a positive, focused classroom environment. Supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects Promote positive behaviour in line with school values and policies Encourage engagement, effort, and resilience in learners Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate Support the schools inclusive and aspirational ethos The Ideal Candidate: Confident, calm, and well-organised Passionate about supporting young people Strong communication and behaviour management skills Experience working with children or young people is desirable Graduates, aspiring teachers, and experienced cover supervisors are encouraged to apply Why Work with Excell Supply?
