Cover Supervisor Kettering & Surrounding Areas Synergy Education is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools in and around Kettering. The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students remain on task with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment.
