The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher’s absence
*
Maintain a positive, focused, and productive learning environment
*
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*
Support students with tasks and ensure work is completed to a high standard
*
Work across a variety of subjects and year groups
This role offers variety across subjects and year groups within a secondary school.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or a strong interest in working in a secondary school
*
Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
*
Ability to engage and motivate learners of mixed abilities
*
Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
