Cover Supervisor - Full-Time Position Location: Bingham Start Date: As soon as possible Salary: £100.00 to £120.00 per day

Empowering Learning is excited to be working with a fantastic school in Nottinghamshire to recruit a motivated and reliable Cover Supervisor for a full-time role starting in April 2026.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain classroom experience and support the learning journey of students. As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment. Support students in completing tasks and maintaining their focus. Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting. Is confident in managing groups of students across various year groups and subjects. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is adaptable, proactive, and resilient. Holds a degree or equivalent qualification.
