We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to work on an ad hoc, day-to-day basis across secondary schools in Chesterfield. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain on task and managing classroom behaviour effectively.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working within a secondary school setting • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills • The ability to deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects • A confident and adaptable approach to different school environments • Excellent communication and organisational skills • A proactive and positive attitude
