Their primary responsibility is to lead pre-prepared lessons-ensuring students stay on task, behave appropriately, and complete assigned exercises. A successful Cover Supervisor manages classroom behaviour, takes registers, respond to student questions about the material and school routines, and handles any immediate incidents or emergencies following school policies.
