This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and are looking for hands-on experience in schools. About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects Support classroom routines and oversee pupil behaviour Maintain a positive learning environment Assist pupils with questions during the lesson Follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies Collect completed work and pass it to the relevant teacher Provide brief feedback to staff after the lesson You do not need prior cover supervisor experience, but some form of experience working with young people (such as youth work, coaching, mentoring, tutoring, support work or similar).
