Driving is essential for this role.Many schools we work with are in semi-rural and rural locations, so candidates must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes for suitable placements.________________________________________? What You'll Be Doing: Delivering structured, pre-set lessons in the absence of teachers Creating a calm, focused, and positive classroom environment Supporting pupils to stay engaged and productive Managing behaviour in line with school policies Working closely with school staff to ensure continuity________________________________________ Who Should Apply? Experienced Cover Supervisors and those new to the role Graduates and aspiring teachers Individuals with experience working with children or young people Confident, organised, and approachable professionals Dependable, flexible, and enthusiastic team players Drivers with access to their own vehicle New to education?
