The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher. Manage classroom behaviour effectively. Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning. Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a cover supervisor. Strong classroom management skills. Confident communication and organisational abilities. A genuine interest in education
