Are you energetic, adaptable, and ready to make a difference in young people's lives? We're on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to step into the classroom and keep the learning flowing when teachers are away!

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be the friendly face guiding students through pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects. No two days are the same-you might be supporting a lively Year 7 class in the morning and helping focused Year 11 students prepare for exams in the afternoon!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging, pre-set lessons to KS3 & KS4 students
  • Keeping classrooms calm, focused, and positive
  • Encouraging participation and supporting student progress
  • Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and fairness
  • Becoming a trusted role model in the school community

? What We're Looking For

  • A natural communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Someone who enjoys working with young people (and can match their energy!)
  • Strong classroom presence and the ability to think on your feet
  • Organised, reliable, and ready for anything the school day brings
  • Experience in education is great-but not essential!
