Location: Corby Salary: £100 - £110 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Day-to-Day Supply, Full time/Part time

Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the teacher. Ensure students stay on task with the work set by their teacher. Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment. Provide support to students where needed, ensuring lessons run smoothly. Liaise with teaching staff to ensure effective lesson delivery. Requirements:

To be successful as a Cover Supervisor, you should have:

Confidence and a proactive approach to working in a classroom setting. Strong behaviour management skills to maintain classroom discipline. Good levels of Maths and English (essential). A passion for supporting students' learning and development. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
