Cover Supervisor – Sheffield (Behaviour Focus)

Salary: £100–£120 per day (dependent on experience)

PK Education are working with secondary schools in Sheffield who are seeking confident and resilient Cover Supervisors, ideally with a background working with challenging behaviour.

This role is particularly suited to individuals who have worked in PRUs, alternative provisions, youth work, coaching, or support roles where behaviour management is key. You will be stepping into classrooms where strong presence, consistency, and the ability to build respect quickly are essential.

You will be delivering pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4, managing behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task. The role can be challenging at times, but also highly rewarding for the right person.

We are looking for individuals who are calm under pressure, confident leading a classroom, and able to de-escalate situations effectively. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
