Cover Supervisor - Luton
£100-£110 per day | Flexible & Long-Term Opportunities Available

Are you confident, adaptable, and looking to gain valuable experience in the classroom? Surecall Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of secondary schools across Luton.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking for flexible work in education.

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Keep students on task and support their learning
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
  • Work across a range of subjects and year groups

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Confidence leading a classroom independently
  • A proactive and reliable approach
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
