Cover Supervisor Knowle Start Date: ASAP Salary: £120 - £140 per day

Are you confident managing a classroom of students aged 11 – 16? Do you have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure? Are you looking for flexible, day-to-day work as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of mainstream secondary schools in the Knowle area. These schools are well-established within the local community and focus on creating a structured and supportive environment, with strong behaviour policies and dedicated senior leadership teams.

The schools are looking to take on a reliable Cover Supervisor on a day-to-day basis, with an immediate start available. The successful Cover Supervisor will be expected to deliver pre-set work across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure students remain engaged despite some challenging behaviour. Flexibility and confidence are key within this Cover Supervisor role.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with secondary school students in a classroom or similar setting • Strong behaviour management skills • Confidence delivering pre-set lessons across KS3 / KS4 • A flexible and adaptable approach to day-to-day work • Excellent communication skills • A proactive and resilient attitude
