Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor / Classroom Supervisor to support a Good OFSTED-rated secondary school in Barrow-in-Furness. Flexible working options are available, including day-to-day, part-time, and full-time roles starting January 2026.
Your Role:
Supervise classes across KS3 & KS4 in the absence of teachers
Follow lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning
Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement
Support pupils in achieving their potential
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a school environment
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Professional references
Legal right to work in the UK
