Secondary Schools

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants to work in secondary school settings.

These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to support learning in a school environment.

Cover Supervisor Role:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff

Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations

Support students across a range of subjects

Teaching Assistant Role:

Support students during lessons, including one-to-one or small group work

Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning resources

Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Support students with additional learning needs where required

Suitable Candidates Will:

Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

Be confident, patient, and reliable

Have good communication and behaviour-management skills

Be committed to supporting students’ progress and wellbeing
