About Us Principal Education is a specialist education recruitment agency working closely with a wide network of secondary schools across North London. Due to increasing demand from our partner schools, we are looking to expand our pool of dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisors.

The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise lessons during the short-term absence of teachers. You will ensure students remain on task, follow lesson plans provided, and maintain positive classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

The Ideal Candidate We are keen to hear from candidates who:

Have a genuine passion for working in education

Are confident managing classroom behaviour

Are enthusiastic, proactive, and supportive of students’ learning

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
