Suppleo Education are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring PGCE applicants, or individuals with strong classroom experience. A driving licence is preferred, or you must have reliable access to public transport.

You’ll deliver pre‑planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity of learning in the teacher’s absence. Flexibility to support with Teaching Assistant duties when required is essential.

Responsibilities

Supervise classes and deliver set work in line with school policies

Manage behaviour and promote a calm, focused classroom environment

*

Support students with tasks, answering questions and encouraging engagement

*

Provide basic feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress

*

Assist with general TA duties when needed
