Barker Ross is looking for an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshall to join an ongoing project in Brighton. This is a long-term position for a candidate committed to maintaining high safety standards on-site.

• Location: Brighton (BN2)

• Start Date: Monday, 27/04/2026

• Duration: Ongoing / Long-term

• Working Hours: 07:30 - 18:00 (9.5 hours paid per day)

• Pay Rate: £16.45 per hour (CIS)

To be successful in this application, you must have:

• Previous experience working specifically in a Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman role.

• A valid CPCS A73 (Plant & Vehicle Marshaller) card.

• A proven track record of directing plant and vehicle movements safely.

• Full PPE and a strong commitment to health and safety.

• Excellent reliability and punctuality for long-term work.
