Role Summary: The CQC Compliance Manager role is an essential part of the Clinic, supporting the Senior Leadership Team, acting as the day-to-day lead for all matters related to the Care Quality Commission and ensuring we adhere to the necessary standards and regulations.

Role Duties: Responsible for ensuring the policies, procedures, guidelines, infrastructures, systems and processes of the organisation meet and continue to meet the applicable statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Support the Senior Leadership Team in administering the statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including compiling responses to regulators and inspection preparation. Responsible for the compliance audit plan and ensuring that compliance audits are conducted in accordance with required timelines.
