We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage our 6-flat Supported Living Service for adults with learning disabilities and highly complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives, while leading a committed team in a well-established, 24/7 staffed service. Each resident receives tailored support at a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio, reflecting their individual needs.

*About the Service:*
Our service supports adults with a range of complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. Each flat is fully adapted to promote independence while providing high levels of care and support. We follow a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model to ensure we’re meeting needs in a compassionate, person-centred way.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee the daily running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practices.
* Register with CQC and take the overall responsibility for the service
* Lead, motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team of support staff.
* Develop and implement person-centred support plans tailored to each individual's needs.
* Ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care is delivered at all times.
* Liaise effectively with families, professionals, and stakeholders.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and development.
*Requirements:*
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – Essential
* Proven experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs – Essential
* Strong understanding and practical application of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
* Experience supporting individuals who present challenging behaviours
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* A thorough understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
* Ability to work flexibly, including participating in on-call duties

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
