The Role * Lead the process of securing CQC registration for RTC Resources. * Act as the Registered Manager with responsibility for ensuring all activities comply with CQC regulations and standards. * Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, quality assurance systems, and safeguarding procedures. * Work closely with senior management to shape strategy, operations, and service delivery. * Provide leadership, guidance and training to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained.
