Registered Home Manager – Supported Living Service

Location: Northampton

Salary: £47,000 – £50,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional CQC Registered Home Manager to join our Supported Living Service in Northampton.


About the Service

The service is based in a Victorian terraced house located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Northampton. The accommodation is set over four floors and includes:


  • Four bedrooms
  • Lounge
  • Sensory/snug room
  • Dining room
  • Kitchen
  • Staff office
  • Garden offering a tranquil space for residents


The Role

As a Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for vulnerable young adults. You will lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated staff team while ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Diploma Level 5 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years’ supervisory experience within a supported living home
  • Previous experience of managing a home (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding
  • A confident, energetic, and inspirational leader
  • Computer literate
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
