Overview We are seeking a Senior Creative Content Manager with exceptional expertise in photography, videography, and visual storytelling to shape and elevate Clarendon Fine Art's creative content strategy. This role combines hands‑on creative direction and content production with strategic planning and brand guardianship. Responsibilities
Develop and own the visual content strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand, campaign, and business objectives. Lead, plan, and oversee high‑quality photo and video shoots, from concept through to post‑production, capturing the artistry, personality, and luxury of the Clarendon experience. Shape the visual narrative of Clarendon Fine Art, highlighting artists, collectors, and the emotional connection to art through compelling imagery and film. Partner with brand and digital marketing leads to deliver integrated campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion across platforms. Maintain an exceptional level of visual consistency and brand tone across all media, ensuring every piece of content reflects our luxury aesthetic. Oversee content library organisation, ensuring assets are accessible, searchable, and effectively leveraged across the business.
Qualifications
Significant experience (5+ years) in content creation, creative direction, or content strategy within a luxury, art, fashion, or lifestyle brand. Expert‑level ability in photography and videography, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative vision and technical excellence. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects). Proven experience leading a creative team, freelancers, or agencies. Exceptional storytelling and visual composition skills; confident in directing on‑location and in‑studio shoots. Strong project management skills; balancing creativity with deadlines and commercial priorities. Deep understanding of content performance, audience behaviour, and digital best practices. Collaborative and confident communicator, able to work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders and artists. Full UK Driving Licence & access to own car.
