Creative Lead

2 days a week - on-site - central London

Salary: £60K-£65K


We are working with a great brand activation agency. They focus on TTL/BTL campaigns for consumer engagement - on/off trade, sponsorships, OOH, events/festivals, social, etc


We’re looking for a Creative Lead who brings brands to life in the real world. Someone who can take big ATL ideas and turn them into impactful brand activations and experiences that drive real consumer action.


You’ll be conceptual, collaborative and hands-on—comfortable leading projects, shaping ideas and delivering standout work across physical and experiential spaces.


What we’re looking for:

• Strong TTL brand activation experience

• Proven background in experiential and physical activations

• Ability to extend ATL thinking into effective, real-world ideas

• Understanding of on-trade, off-trade and GTR environments

• Confident leading projects while working closely with cross-functional teams

• Experience in alcohol or spirits is a plus
