Creative Marketing Assistant - Companion Animal Marketing Team

As Creative Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in bringing our campaigns to life - from designing and editing assets including print, digital and video content to supporting day-to-day operations. This role blends hands-on creative execution with essential administrative support to ensure our marketing plans run smoothly and deliver impact at every customer touchpoint.

The Role

As Creative Marketing Assistant, you will bring energy, organisation, and creativity to support the team across a wide range of activities:

Creative & Campaign Support

• Assist in the development of engaging and informative marketing toolkits targeting veterinary teams and pet owners.

• Design a range of marketing materials from digital, print, website assets, video production and editing.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of large-scale industry events and product launches.

• Develop and schedule engaging content on social media channels.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Manage vendor relationships and onboarding documentation.

• Coordinate invoices, raising purchase orders and update budget trackers.

• Support compliance-related paperwork and ensure timely submissions.

• Assist with team scheduling such as organising events, catering and hotels.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience of creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premier Pro (or similar)

• Website CMS and email experience advantageous

• Proficiency with Microsoft suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Aligns and fosters a culture of diversity and inclusivity

• Demonstrates clear and effective communication.
