Creative Sales Manager - Digital/ Social - London | Hybrid (2–3 days per week)
A leading UK digital media and content platform within the parenting and lifestyle space is looking to hire a Creative Sales Manager to join its London-based commercial team.
Reaching millions of highly engaged users through trusted content, social platforms and audience insight, the business delivers socially led, creatively driven partnerships for major brands across digital, social and content environments. This role sits firmly at the intersection of social creativity and commercial delivery, offering the opportunity to shape innovative campaigns that connect with audiences in authentic and culturally relevant ways.
The Creative Sales Manager will play a key role in translating client challenges into creative, social-first partnership ideas, responding to briefs with insight-led solutions and proactively developing concepts that drive engagement as well as revenue.
The role will involve:
- Developing and pitching creative, social-first and cross-platform partnership ideas aligned to client objectives
- Responding strategically to briefs with socially led, insight-driven solutions
- Creating commercial narratives built around content, creators, community engagement and social amplification
- Building and growing relationships across agencies and direct clients, particularly within social and content teams
- Delivering mid-tier partnerships typically in the £50k–£150k range while contributing to larger creative opportunities
- Collaborating closely with editorial, social, data and commercial teams to bring creative ideas to life
- Managing pipeline, forecasting and revenue delivery
The business is looking for someone with:
- 5–7 years’ experience in digital media sales, branded content or social-led partnerships
- A strong track record of delivering revenue through creative and socially driven solutions
- Experience selling integrated content, social and branded partnership campaigns
- A strong understanding of the UK agency landscape, particularly social and content teams
- Confidence presenting creative ideas and building compelling, insight-led commercial narratives
- A proactive, collaborative and creatively minded commercial approach
