Creative Services Account Manager
New Today
Job Description
Overview
Biscuit Bunker is a small, fast-moving video production company based in East London, working across branded content, commercials, social, and animation. We’re looking for an Account Manager to sit at the heart of the business - acting as the key link between our clients and our internal creative team.
This is a hands-on role in a growing company where no two days are the same. You’ll be client-facing, detail-focused, and closely involved in the day-to-day running of projects and the studio itself. If you enjoy juggling conversations, keeping projects on track, and being part of a close-knit creative team, this role has a lot of room to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day to Day)
Client & Account Management
- Receiving client briefs and fully understanding their objectives
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout projects
- Managing client communication, feedback, and expectations clearly and calmly
- Pulling together feedback and translating it into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Presenting work back to clients and ensuring delivery meets the brief and quality bar
Project & Resource Coordination
- Managing schedules, meetings, and internal resources across multiple projects
- Keeping projects on track, on time, and moving forward smoothly
- Checking work before delivery to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Supporting producers and creatives with organisation and coordination
- Being based at our East London studio and helping manage studio bookings and hires
- Acting as a light-touch studio manager, ensuring the space runs smoothly day to day
- Staying in touch with recent clients and helping build longer-term relationships
- Spotting opportunities for repeat work or new projects and flagging them internally
- Supporting the development of a more recurring client structure for the business
- Experience as an Account Manager or similar role within a creative or production agency
- Confident, friendly, and professional client communication skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a small team where you’ll wear a few hats
- Proactive, switched-on, and good at anticipating what’s needed next
- Experience in creative services, production, or video is a big plus
- 2+ years experience in a similar role – Account Manager, Producer, Project Manager or Studio Manager – ideally within a creative, content, or production agency
- Proven experience managing client relationships from brief to delivery
- A confident, clear, and warm communication style – written and verbal
- Strong organisation and time management skills – you love a schedule
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritising as you go
- Comfort working in a small, collaborative team where you’ll wear multiple hats
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset – someone who spots what’s needed next
- Experience working on video, animation, or branded content is a big bonus
- You’ll be a key part of a small, growing creative company
- You’ll get hands-on experience across production, clients, and operations
- You’ll work closely with directors, producers, editors, and designers
- You’ll have real responsibility and visibility, not just a single lane to sit in
- There’s genuine room to grow the role as the company grows
