Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and track incoming creative job requests across Video, Point of Sale, and Promotional Artwork
· Act as the central hub for creative briefs, ensuring work is accurately prioritised and delivered on time
· Collaborate closely with Creative Project Managers and Senior Creative Services Manager on timelines, workload and delivery
· Improve workflow efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and running regular reporting on team performance
· Support the closing, archiving and management of completed creative assets
· Help improve internal systems and processes to streamline job submission and delivery
· Train stakeholders on the request process to improve clarity and efficiency
· Ensure deadlines are met through strong communication, organisation and coordination across teams
About You:
· Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment
· Strong communicator and confident working with stakeholders across multiple EMEA markets
· Experienced within a creative environment (in-house, agency, production or similar)
· Background in creative project coordination, project management, production or assistant-level creative roles (e.g. TV, agency, design, video)
· Strong understanding of creative workflows across print, digital and video
· Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “get things done” attitude
· People-focused, approachable and able to build relationships across diverse teams and cultures
