Creative + Social Co-ordinator - Jaded ManCreative + Social Co-ordinator - Jaded ManJob Overview:You are responsible for supporting the Men's social lead with coordinating creative content for multiple social channels, managing this from conceptualisation and execution through to content going live.Report to:Men's Creative LeadJob Overview:You are responsible for supporting the Men's social lead with coordinating creative content for multiple social channels, managing this from conceptualisation and execution through to content going live.Responsibilities and Duties:Content CreationResponsible for ensuring IG + TikTok shoots / content creation happens weekly inline with business marketing calendarEnsuring we have a constant bank of creative content ideasFilming, shooting and editing all social contentResponsible for ensuring all social content is executed to brand standards and ideas are original and engagingWorking with MW Art Director to ensure all reels / TT's are edited and have correct sounds and relevant captionsSupporting wider team with social concepts to support campaigns and business moments, such as pop ups, collabs etcSocial Posting / PlanningThe daily running of the Jaded TikTok +Instagram, from conceptualisation and execution through to content going liveensure campaign + social content is maximised through postingScheduling posts to align with wider social plan and sending over plans for approvalCaptions and copy for feed postsWorking with wide team to propose a weekly social plan inline with marketing calenderOnce approved, ensuring social plans are emailed out to wider team and posting is stuck toInteracting with the social community through commenting on posts, replying to comments and liking posts, following brand TOVSocial analysis and reportingTrend and sound researchEnsuring team has a bank of captions for social + CRM useJoining weekly trade meetings from social perspectiveReviewing weekly and monthly reports and using learnings for future creativeAwareness of ad reports and which ads are performingCompetitor analysis and trend reportingContent organisationOrganising the creative team dropboxManaging the campaigns section of the websiteUploading all campaigns after each launch to ensure it is always up to dateSending edited and final content to relevant teams -
