Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking for a Credit Analyst to join their team in London.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing annual credit reviews for margin finance clients, including detailed financial and credit analysis
• Assessing the creditworthiness of existing and new counterparties, recommending appropriate credit limits
• Producing monthly and quarterly Management Information reports for Senior Management and Desk Heads
• Monitoring daily credit risk exposure, margin calls, and client performance, escalating risks where appropriate
• Liaising with Credit teams and attending weekly committee meetings to support renewals and new counterparty reviews

You will need to have the following experience:

• 2–3 years’ experience in credit analysis within financial services
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong fundamental and in-depth credit analysis expertise
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial data analysis
• Knowledge of credit management and mitigation tools
