Long Eaton (Fully Onsite) Permanent £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)Astute Recruitmentare proud to be working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced and driven Credit Control Manager to join their team based in Long Eaton.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional to take ownership of the credit controlfunction, leading a team and ensuring effective management of the sales ledger and cash flow.Key Responsibilities:Managing and leading the credit controlteam on a day-to-day basisOverseeing the full credit controlfunction, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debtSetting targets, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing support and development to team membersImplementing and improving credit controlprocedures and processesBuilding strong relationships with key customers to resolve queries and reduce aged debtProducing regular reports on debtor status, cash flow, and team performanceWorking closely with senior management to support financial objectivesRequirements:Proven experience within a credit controlrole, with previous experience managing a teamStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in accounting/finance systems and Microsoft ExcelOther role you may have applied for: Senior Credit Controller, Credit Control Supervisor, Senior Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable Manager, Collections Manager, Ledger Manager, Debt Recovery ManagerJBRP1_UKTJ
