This is a 30 hour fixed-term contract role ending 31st December 2026 The Fleet Corporate Credit Control team are dedicated and responsible to provide support, guidance and effective management of the Corporate Collections Strategy for Fleet, Public Sector, Rent a Car (RaC) customer portfolios, VWFS Retailers and Ensurance repairers As a Credit Control Specialist in VWFS, you will provide process and technical expertise for all corporate credit control processes, customer account management and reconciliations. You'll provide an excellent customer service, whilst ensuring funds due to VWFS are recovered on time, accurately allocated and in compliance with all procedures and controls The closing date will be Friday 22nd August however, if you are interested we recommend applying as soon as you can in case we need to close is sooner What's in it for you?
