As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in keeping the financial operations of the practice running smoothly. You’ll take ownership of the credit control process, maintain accurate client and project records, and work closely with colleagues across the organisation.
It’s a busy and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and working with a friendly, professional team.
Some of the duties will involve:
Setting up new client accounts and maintaining accurate records. Assessing creditworthiness for new and existing clients. Raising invoices and scheduled billing. Posting and allocating payments, including BACS and cheque receipts. Managing debt chasing via phone, email and written communication. Reconciling accounts and preparing client statements. Updating aged debt reports and supporting monthly finance meetings.This might suit you if you have:
Experience in credit control or a similar finance role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues at all levels.
